Lead is a toxic heavy metal that can cause developmental and health problems. We offer lead screening and testing for children ages 1-5 years of age.

We monitor reports of all KY reportable communicable diseases for our county and conduct interviews, provide education, and manage outbreaks when needed.

We offer TB skin testing or assessments as well as care for people who have TB Infection and TB Disease.

WIC is a supplemental nutrition program that serves infants, children (up to the age of 5), and pregnant and postpartum women. Participants get the latest nutrition and support from Nurses to ensure babies, children, and mom’s stay healthy. WIC is proven to improve birth outcomes, nutrition of participants, and cognitive development of infants and children. Check out our WIC page for more information!
